Delete your account

Accounts in the code-red apps (Interval Timer, Countdown, Household Tasks and the other apps by Bee Happy Club Ltd) are optional. One account is shared by every code-red app, so deleting it removes it for all of them.

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open any code-red app on Android or on the web.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account & cloud data and confirm. You may be asked to confirm with Google first.

Or ask us by email

Email info@bee-happy.club from the Google account's email address, with the subject “Delete my code-red account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (Google name, email address, profile photo link and account identifier).
• Which code-red apps you signed in to, and when.
• All settings you chose to sync.
• Your supporter status.

What is kept

• Payment records for tips: a scrambled (hashed) payment reference, the tip option, its status and time are kept for refunds, disputes and legal record-keeping for up to 6 years. They are detached from your account when it is deleted. Stripe and Google Play keep their own payment records under their policies.
• Data on your devices: everything you created in the apps stays on your phone or browser. Remove it with Settings → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the app.
